This is a screenshot of the translating interface of the wiki, which shows how a reference translation may be inserted into the translation documentation page with the help of the template {{svitek}}. In order to replace the template with text, the documentation code must be saved. When saved, the entire page is shown in the documentation, not only the text unit currently in translation. Thanks to this, the translator can see the currently translated text unit (TU) in context of the whole page.

If a language version other than English was used for the reference translation, it is recommended to change its language code to /en once the translation is finished - only if the English version already exists, of course. However, you can also remove it from the documentation page or replace it with a code of another message currently in translation if necessary for translation documentation.
